We thank all of our guests for their testimonials concerning our lovely penthouse apartment at United Golf Resorts La Tercia on the Costa Calida in Murcia, Spain. This apartment overlooks one of the great pools and gardens on resort with views over to the mountains. We welcome all to our home away from home and look forward to welcoming many more guests to our little piece of paradise.
UGR La Tercia is great base for a relaxing holiday, your apartment is wonderful, very comfortable, especially the roof sun terrace where we spent many an hour listening to music, drinking a beverage or two into the late evenings.
As the apartment overlooks the pool area we had no problem letting the two 13 year olds go down and have some fun on their own either in the pool or playing tennis, the complex was safe and friendly.
I would like to thank you once again for arranging accommodation for us at short notice and I will have no hesitation in recommending or using your apartment again in the future.Craig & family
We had such a lovely time at your fabulous penthouse - ideal for the children and for us adults - golf, tennis, bowls as well as the fantastic swimming pool. All in all a wonderful holiday in a wonderful resort in a wonderful apartment - we can't wait to go back.

This is our second visit to the United Golf resort and this apartment and we have found both excellent, the resort has everything required for a holiday or short break, excellent pools and a very challenging golf course all with a few minutes walking distant. We have two daughters aged 9 and 13 and they enjoyed every minute. The apartment is simply outstanding, fully air conditioned (a must in August) along with Sky TV to keep up to date at home should you wish to or simply relax in the leather suites and enjoy a chilled drink, We will definitely be back and will certainly use this apartment again.
